Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von administrativen und organisatorischen HR-Aufgaben
  • Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses und des Bewerbermanagements
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden bei allgemeinen HR-Themen
  • Betreuung der Zeiterfassung inkl. Monatsabschlussarbeiten
  • MItarbeitendenentwicklung, Planung und Organisation von Schulungen
  • Steigerung der Zufriedenheit von Mitarbeitenden
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen
  • On- und Offboarding
  • Vertretung im Bereich Office Management
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im HR-Bereich und Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Empathie
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your range of tasks:
  • Perform day-to-day HR administrative and organisational duties
  • Handling of end-to-end recruiting process
  • Support management and employees on various HR-related matters
  • Handle time tracking and ensure accurate monthly reports
  • Organize and coordinate employee development and training activities
  • Contribute to improving employee satisfaction through HR initiatives
  • Optimizing and digitalization of HR processes
  • On- and Offboarding
  • Support office management tasks as needed
What you’ll bring:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or completed business apprenticeship
  • Several years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of labour law
  • Structured and goal-oriented work
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy
  • High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
