Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
Als Business Consultant für die europaweite Implementierung unseres neuen Lagerverwaltungssystems (CALsuite WM) erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben.

  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der WMS-Implementierung  
  • Leitung des Implementierungsteams 
  • Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern 
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozesse 
  • Spezifikation von fachlichen Anforderungen 
  • Mitwirkung bei Implementierungsaufgaben wie Softwarekonfiguration, Tests und Go-Live-Support vor Ort 
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten 
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung 
  • Erfahrung mit Software-Implementierung vorzugsweise im Bereich der Lagerverwaltung 
  • Belastbarkeit sowie strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten, auch unter Termindruck 
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Einstellung 
  • Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein. 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit. 
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Niederländische und/oder deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your range of tasks:
As a Business Consultant for the Europe-wide implementation of our new warehouse management system (CALsuite WM), you can expect diverse and exciting tasks.

  • Responsibility for the successful realization of the WMS implementation  
  • Management of the implementation team 
  • Coordination with stakeholders 
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes 
  • Specification of technical requirements 
  • Participation in implementation tasks such as software configuration, tests and on-site go-live support 
  • Creation of status reports
What you’ll bring:
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics or comparable qualification and several years of professional experience 
  • Experience with software implementation, preferably in the area of warehouse management 
  • Ability to work in challenging environments as well as structured target-oriented work
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude 
  • Customer focus and quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Good command of English is required
  • Dutch and/or German language skills are an asset

Je takenpakket:
Als Business Consultant voor de Europabrede implementatie van ons nieuwe magazijnbeheersysteem (CALsuite WM) kun je gevarieerde en boeiende taken verwachten.

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor de succesvolle realisatie van de WMS-implementatie  
  • Management van het implementatieteam 
  • Coördinatie met de belanghebbenden 
  • Analyse en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen 
  • Specificatie van technische vereisten 
  • Deelname aan implementatietaken zoals softwareconfiguratie, tests en on-site go-live ondersteuning 
  • Opstellen van statusrapporten 
Wat breng je mee:
  • Succesvolle afgeronde studie op het gebied van logistiek of vergelijkbare kwalificatie en enkele jaren werkervaring 
  • Ervaring met software-implementatie, bij voorkeur op het gebied van magazijnbeheer 
  • Vermogen om onder druk te werken en gestructureerd en doelgericht te werken, ook onder tijdsdruk 
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve houding 
  • Klantgerichtheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn. 
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. 
  • Goede kennis van het Engels is een vereiste
  • Bij voorkeur ook Nederlandse en/of Duitse taalvaardigheden
