Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
Als Implementation Consultant für die europaweite Implementierung unseres neuen Lagerverwaltungssystems (CALsuite WM) erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben.
 
  • Mitarbeit in unserem WMS-Implementierungsteam
  • Spezifikation von fachlichen Anforderungen
  • Softwarekonfiguration
  • Führen von Statusberichten
  • Tests und Go-Live-Support Vor-Ort bei der Inbetriebnahme
    • Die Vor-Ort-Unterstützung wird ca. 25% der Zeit in Anspruch nehmen
  • Berichtserstattung an den zuständigen Implementation Manager
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit Software-Implementierung vorzugsweise im Bereich der Lagerverwaltung
  • Belastbarkeit sowie strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Einstellung
  • Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Niederländische und/oder deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your range of tasks:
As an Implementation Consultant for the Europe-wide implementation of our new warehouse management system (CALsuite WM), you can expect diverse and exciting tasks.

  • Collaboration in our WMS implementation team
  • Specification of business requirements
  • Software configuration
  • Testing
  • Go-live support
    • On-site support will take up approx. 25% of your time
  • Reporting to the responsible Implementation Manager
What you’ll bring:
  • Successfully completed education in the field of logistics or comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
  • Experience with software implementation, preferably in the area of warehouse management
  • Ability to work in challenging environments as well as structured target-oriented work
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
  • Customer focus and quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English is a required
  • Dutch and/or German language skills are an asset

Je takenpakket:
Als implementatie consultant voor de Europabrede implementatie van ons nieuwe magazijnbeheersysteem (CALsuite WM) kun je gevarieerde en boeiende taken verwachten.

  • Samenwerking in ons WMS-implementatieteam
  • Specificatie van technische vereisten
  • Software configuratie
  • Opstellen van statusrapporten
  • On-site testen en go-live ondersteuning tijdens inbedrijfstelling
    • On-site ondersteuning zal ongeveer 25% van de tijd in beslag nemen
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke implementatiemanager
Wat breng je mee:
  • Succesvolle afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van logistiek of vergelijkbare kwalificatie en meerdere jaren werkervaring
  • Ervaring met software-implementatie, bij voorkeur op het gebied van magazijnbeheer
  • Vermogen om onder druk te werken en gestructureerd en doelgericht te werken
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve houding
  • Klantgerichtheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van het Engels is een vereiste
  • Nederlandse en/of Duitse taalvaardigheden zijn een pré
