Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Fehlerbehebung, Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation von On-Premise- und Cloud-orientierter IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Microsoft M365
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von internen Virtualisierungslösungen mit VMWare
  • Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Installationsverfahren und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung und Beratung von internen und externen Kunden
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsgeschick, hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von M365, Azure, Container-basierten Lösungen und Virtualisierungslösungen unter VMWare
  • Kenntnisse in Powershell und Terraform wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Datenbanksystemen (idealerweise Oracle und/oder MS SQL oder Postgres SQL-Umfeld) wären wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Your range of tasks:
  • Troubleshooting, analyzing, optimizing, and documenting on-premise and cloud oriented IT infrastructure, including Microsoft M365
  • Setting up and maintaining internal virtualization solutions using VMWare
  • Standardizing and automating installation procedures and administrative tasks
  • Supporting and consulting with internal and external customers
What you’ll bring:
  • Completed IT training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Organizational talent, communication skills, high problem solving ability and flexibility
  • Fast comprehension as well as distinct ability to work in a team
  • Experience in the environment of M365, Azure, container-based solutions and virtualization solutions under VMWare
  • Knowledge of Powershell and Terraform desirable
  • Experience in the support of database systems (ideally Oracle and/or MS SQL or Postgres SQL environment) would be desirable
  • A structured way of working and strong communication skills in German and English

Je takenpakket:
  • Problemen oplossen, analyseren, optimaliseren en documenteren van on-premise en cloud georiënteerde IT-infrastructuur, waaronder Microsoft M365
  • Het opzetten en onderhouden van interne virtualisatie oplossingen met behulp van VMWare
  • Standaardiseren en automatiseren van installatieprocedures en administratieve taken
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van interne en externe klanten
Wat breng je mee:
  • Een afgeronde IT-opleiding of een vergelijkbare kwalificatie en enkele jaren beroepservaring
  • Zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
  • Organisatietalent, communicatieve vaardigheden, groot probleemoplossend vermogen en flexibiliteit
  • Snel begrip en duidelijk vermogen om in teamverband te werken
  • Ervaring in de omgeving van M365, Azure, containergebaseerde oplossingen en virtualisatieoplossingen onder VMWare
  • Kennis van Powershell en Terraform wenselijk
  • Ervaring met de ondersteuning van databasesystemen (idealiter Oracle en/of MS SQL of Postgres SQL-omgeving) is wenselijk
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Duits en Engels
